As they near an extension for Goff, Whitworth and Talib depart, etc and their draft picks become that much more important it would be great to have 10 picks in 2020 including an extra 2nd and the two compensatory 4ths.
If they move back 10 spots they're likely getting a 3rd and possibly a really good one according to the charts. (The updated one from Rich Hill was posted above by The Professor).That's about the equivalent of a 2020 2nd.
