Playing in the NFL is brutal on the body. Gurley already had a serious injury before entering the NFL. It is highly plausible that his career is coming to and end. It is also within the realm of possibilities that it is near the end and neither the Rams or Gurley have accepted it. Only time will tell. But this is the reality of Not For Long.
