Basically guys who they really like in that first group who they will take straight up if they're there. And of those some of them at the top of the list might even be trade up possibilities if they fall to a certain point (I'm guessing in the 20s range). Very unlikely, given Les' grasp of draftee value, but still possible I am sure.
If that list is gone, then yeah they are going to move down.
