Not like the old days when teams would....

....give up a boatload of picks for aging vets. Like the Rams trade of an aging John Hadl to the Pack in 1974 for 5 picks, including a #1 and a #2. To me, a proven player is better than a roll the dice pick. Call me George Allen. There are exceptions, of course, but vets can work at well at the right price, just like NE has proven.
