I think they are just being smart and saying everything necessary to placate a combustible guy like Peters. There is no way I extend Peters to a long term deal, and I imagine McVay and Snead are smart enough to see the risk as well. Also, although Talib is playing at a high level, he is not in the long term plans, so I imagine we will be looking long and hard at corners despite what happens with pre draft visits. I imagine if Greedy Williams fell to us...or maybe even B Murphy, Rams would be ecstatic.
