Can you remember our bumbling HC staff and FO...for freakin years??!!!
Now, we are so smart about personal stuff...with roughly the same guys involved Snead & Demoff.....that I am thinking that Fisher REALLY DID hold Snead down...cuz we are completely different in our approach it seems. Well, it sure feels different....like there's a coherent plan and a super good communication with the Scouts/GM and coaches....and Demoff - the money guy.
If I'm Kroenke...I'm signing mcVay for 11m/10yrs...like Gruden got!!! McVay has affected everything!!!
Whatever happened was a complete sea change for this entire Rams organization.....hiring McVay changed EVERYTHING!!!!!
