McVay has an impact. If a person wants to live in So. Cal. it has an impact. I don't think the stadium means squat in the decision process.
Frankly, aside from the guys at the end of their career or trying to resurrect their career, it's, as we've said, about $$$.
For the majority of players, it’s all about the money.
However, any little edge helps and it appears that McVay is a definite edge for vets at the end of their careers.
That said, we’ve got to admit that Fowler turning down bigger money could very well be an exception to the normal rule. It’s unclear though, if McVay was the edge there.
