Wow! That's some leap there. You state you are guessing and you then condemn the guy? Let's wait and see what truly happens based on facts and not guesses of the negative manner right off the bat.
Every person deserves that much at least. His lawyer says they are very willing to go to trial to prove his innocence. That tells me the facts may be closer to him being a victim of an overzealous claim. But again. I withhold judgement until I hear the facts.
