The Rams made a decision that they wanted Fowler, and without major restructuring ,or cuts , Saffold was deemed too expensive, and Kromer must have said Notebloom is ready to start at LG. Good teams make informed decisions on where they think they can plug guys into their system and have them do well. The Pats, Steelers, Seahawks(mostly on the D side), Broncos until recently have done this and stayed near the top.
It's the Rams turn to make this happen. I think this group of front office and coaching staff will get it done.
