I think Kromer/McVay know what they are doing........The entire organization comes together to DRAFT TALENT.
At some point, the KIDS need to play, otherwise why not just trade all your DRAFT PICKS and just have a team full of FA's?
There are 3 phases every year...........
1. Free Agency.
2. NFL DRAFT.
3. Cap Casualties at the end of training camp.
Rams are still in PHASE 1................
