The results speak for themselves - 2 division titles and a SB appearance in 2 years after the mess that preceded it? Plenty to praise there! But not so much to praise about having drafted these guys until we see how they they perform. Hopefully, in a year we'll be whoopin', hollerin', and singing their praises about them too.
