The pats have their Def and Off Systems and coaches that clearly identify players who fit into them. Along with great coaching and Game planning (as we've seen!)
They have a confidence that they can find players to roll into these spaces, I love the way they work this (even though their the bloomin Patriots). Each year they let high priced FA go, and keep getting 3rd round compensation. Flowers nets them a 3rd next year....... replaced with Bennett, who's significantly cheaper and could be as impact full.
I'm hoping the Rams continue to model themselves to a degree on this formula and keep the juggernaut rolling for years to come.
