Mosley is exactly what the Rams need.
Outside pass rushers from the OLB position are giant gambles in FA. Many many busts. Or at best, nowhere worth the cost.
But Mosley can be a fixture for years to come and is nearly bust proof (barring severe injury).
This would be a good investment.
The Rams might be able to get a guy like Houston on a discounted one year deal. He'd be no better or less than Fowler for at least a year. I have nothing against Fowler; but he is just not a big time OLB. And I'd bet Mosley will come cheaper.
