I had a hard crush on Denzel Perryman coming out of Miami in the draft that year, and still kinda do. Health issues with him, but at some point you would think he could stay healthy...Saffold evenually did. IDK.
Marshall may be turning 30, but a year or 2 out of him as a leader that knows the Wade defense and has been solid might be worth a tire kicking. Esp. if he can bring some fire and passion to a defense that sleep walked thru the regular season.
Again, I get both have injury concerns, but in order to get some of these holes on defense filled up, you are going to have to go after some discount bin guys, whether its age or injury related...
