It might just be my age, but as disappointed as I was in the Rams losing I was just so happy that they were even there that I didn't feel anything remotely close to the bitterness of the Super Bowl XXXVI loss. After all the non winning seasons between 2004 and 2016 I was beginning to think I'd never see the Rams in another Super Bowl. The team now seems built to contend for a few seasons, but that is never a guarantee in the NFL. So I'm with you, I'm just living in the moment and enjoying the current success.
