He didn't have much of a chance to scan the field. And I agree that he has to learn how to QB like every other QB does where he doesn't have 5 or 6 seconds to throw the ball and rarely gets hit.

Pretty sure that's why the Rams tried to commit to the run because Goff needs the play action to help the OL. A lot of credit is given to Kromer, and rightly so, but the scheme helps the OL. A real run threat is necessary for this offense. And a safety blanket TE would be welcome...
