Belichick knew something most of us failed

to acknowledge-except the L.A.Times. And that is Gurley was not going to be a threat ! Belichick is famous for taking away the opposing teams biggest threat. He knew it would not be Gurley so he did everything to stop Goff-and he did. Had Gurley been 100% there is no way Goff would have been under the pressure he was the entire game. Gurley would have had the middle of the field all to himself-had he been healthy-and with Gurley as a threat Goff may very well have had an outstanding game. The Ram defense played exceptional making Brady look like an average qb. Up until near the end of the game I was really happy with how the defense played.
