That's what I want to know. They talk about making PI reviewable, Well how would that work? Just the play at the time of impact , and not look at the whole play. So if that were the case, then other penalties could be not called and when teams start pointing out they got screwed then what?
I guarantee there will be plays that will have clear fouls not called because of how they will only look at one thing. A can of worms the league shouldn't open.
