The Brit from London is a true Saints fan and when I called him after the game-which I should not have done-he said it was clearly fixed. He was REALLY upset not just with the outcome but with me personally. He kept saying the AFC winner will kill the cheats-referring to the Rams.When he drove home last night he gave me the finger and closed the garage door after his car. No conversation at all. People really take this stuff "personally" and "seriously". So I get the lawsuit. But why call the Rams "cheats" and why get mad at me personally ? Do you think me putting a Ram flag on his doorstep the Sunday night was a bad idea? My wife said that may have something to do with it.
