I agree, I thought Peters was a legit shut down corner that lacked field discipline, however, he can't cover at all. Not sure what he brings to the table. Talib keeps him calm so he doesn't do stupid things, but the penalty against Cooper was atrocious and he better not cost the Rams a game being a mental midget.
