I think Kupp's loss is significant. And since football is a game of inches, where one play can change the outcome of a game, I think the Rams possibly could have put another W in the win column. Not sure if Goff held the ball longer without Kupp or not... but that could have been the case with some of the fumbles and errant throws... MAYBE.
But with that said, I think Sullivan getting dinged impacted the offense. And Gurley too. McVay may not have adjusted well... and the Rams might have been flat for a game. Knock on wood with Sullivan back to form and with CJ helping in the running game...
I was concerned with the OL but I think most of that, other than Sullivan, was due to an ineffective run game. Davis and Keely didn't really take up the slack nor were they really trusted to it seems.
Feeling pretty good if the Rams can run the ball. I think that helps Goff quite a bit.
