I don't think they can stop the run, though they can be a bit better at it than they have been. Rams are actually 32nd in the league in yards per carry allowed.
I know it's the playoffs and all things get magnified in the postseason (especially flaws), but, they haven't stopped the run all year and still went 13-3. So it may not be fatal.
I would say
#1. don't turn the ball over and do get turnovers.
#2. get big defensive plays (including but not limited to the already mentioned turnovers)
#3. get halfway decent pass protection, which includes running the ball
They didn;t turn the ball over, they DID stop the run, and they did run the ball.

I have no idea about the Saints. They can kill you running or passing. It would be up to the offense to keep pace. Could they do it? In that dome? On that stage? I sure wish we had Kupp.
