and I think I agree. In the last few games I MORE than admit I was worried...but then something happened that, to me anyway, is the 'sign' of a truly great team ready to go to the next level.... the 'team' stepped up. Yup... even thru the "yikes" I saw spirited play beginning to form and then make a solid statement.
Goff.. yes, and unfortunately, is my biggest worry as things stand now... but in NO WAY have I given up on him, or feel he can't be exceptional. I've seen too much 'greatness' in him to think he can't snap out of a few game slump WHICH I think he did... "somewhat".. in this last game.
Someone else said something to life "it takes Goff a bit of time to adjust, to learn"... I think that's true. With the rest of the team stepping up their game I think Goff is soon to follow. - JamesJM
