The Rams basically ignore 1/3 of the field...the middle.

A TE, IMO, will take this offense to an even greater level. You get a red zone threat and add that 1/3 of the field more into the mix.

Guys...if you want Goff to take it to the next level, give him a security blanket that is 6'6" or taller, 260+lb, physical enough to run the seam and create space in the red zone.

I would say I'll get off my TE bandwagon but there is no exit at this time.

Kittle is a 5th rounder who is 6'4" and 250 lbs....I don't know what was thought of him coming out of Iowa, but I doubt it was record setting talk. I say this because Tyler Higbee is more of what you want....6'-6" 255lbs. But Why did Kittle turn into a top producing TE? Asking that why can't Tyler develop into that also?

Is it Coach McVay who is not developing a talented player into the type of producer George Kittle is? We do not have a dedicated Tight Ends Coach, could that be part of the issue?
