but for sure when they tossed the flag at Cooks for offense interference, and then ignored the same penalty for the Eagles?

Do refs have some bias?
It would be hard for anyone to say that it doesn't occur.
I'd prefer not to agonize the officiating; there's no solution there.
But this guy is officiating tomorrow's game, and now.....NOW I'm watching him.
BTW, the Broncos apparently have suffered at alarming rate by this guy, too.
