It seems that Everett and Reynolds are spitting time since Reynolds performance has dropped off and Everett has seemed to accelerate. Due to Everett versatility the Rams can line up in the 11 or 12 formation when he is in the game. Everett whose blocking has improved greatly can let the offense play the 11 or 12 with substitution which makes it harder for the defense to defend because they cannot substitute. Couple Everetts ability to make impact plays with making defenses have to deal with more challenging issues Reynolds would need to be playing at a much higher level to justify more playing time.
I think this competition can only make both players better and it is a nice twist to add to the 11 personnel set we have seen all season.
