I think 2 of the 3 leagues make it to some extent. Then, the 2 that make it will merge and trim down the number of teams.
There's some pretty good financial backing and football minds involved in these leagues. But, with this many teams, you are going likely see semi-pro teams disappear.
I hope these new leagues will redefine some of the rules like:
- Not over protecting the QB
- Making pass interference a 15 yard penalty instead of a spot foul.
- Getting rid the the helmet to helmet penalties. It's awfully hard for a defensive player to guess how a ball carrier is going to move before contact is made. Keep defenseless receiver and unnecessary roughness in place.
