When we play the 12 formation and get physical it makes us a much better team and gets us ready for the playoffs. Getting physical is a mental frame of mind and we have the guys who can dominate and then deflate a defense. If we can beat up another team physically it will have us mentally ready to play. Those big old lineman enjoy it too so let them have some fun.

On Defense I notice they move Donald around a bit more. I expect to see that even more. You might as well give all the opposing lineman a taste of AD as he can shake the confidence of the entire offensive line when moved around.

I guess I am looking for a win but also for us to dominate a bit so that we come out of the game with a very positive vibe as we get ready for the playoffs.
