Like he's the local paper boy. Pundits, ex players, fans, etc etc. Funny, don't hear a lot of round table discussions about what Bill Bellichek 'needs' to do. Or Sean Payton. Or Andy Reid.
I'm pretty sure McVay has a good idea about what's working and what's not and how to fix things. He took over this mediocrity and turned them into a winner. I know he's young but how about a little respect? In a few years if he's won nothing - then we can start the hot seat watch. Until then - In McVay I trust.
