How running 11 personnel in a high 90s percentile was genius when McVay had the right personnel to force desired matchups? Remove Kupp, and now it's limiting in nature.
Dilfer is right of course. But what he's missing is the impact of players. McVay does need to adjust now, but it's because he no longer has the guys to dictate matchups he wants for down/distance. Teams have not figured it out.
I keep saying this.
McVay HAS adjusted.
Re-watch the first half of the Eagles game with this in mind.
Dilfer is a game behind.
