The combination of Brockers, Fowler, Suh, and Barron costs around 36 M.
And I bet it's possible to add a more productive player or 2 using that 36 M.
So it's not like they lack for money and cap space. That's not even remotely an issue.
You have a golden opportunity with AD to add a supporting cast that takes advantage of the kind of attention he draws. That's where the 36 M should go.
