Its a 1 gap 34, same thing as a 43 1 gap system they were running previously. Only difference is the 4th "DL" is a OLB. Like Fowler or Ebukam.
And what really makes this all frustrating is the defense was better last year with more 43 personnel like Quinn. They now have the OLBers for a 34 and Suh should be an improvement over almost any DL in the game, but it is a mess.
