Teams are adjusting to the Rams. They are getting into a lot more cover 2. Why? because they want to win.
What are the Rams doing? Sitting in 11 personnel and still taking deep shots. The underneath stuff was there all night last night and Goff or McVay refused to take it.
And what is Wade doing? Refusing to blitz, which makes me think he is either suffering some mental breakdown, too stubborn to change, incapable of change or thinks after 12 or so games that pressure will all of a sudden appear rushing only 4. AD is getting double and triple teamed and no pressure, and yet no blitzing.
What is really funny in all this is that teams are literally begging the Rams to actually help out their poor defense by giving them underneath, short stuff that would make for long drives and keeping the defense off the field. But, forbid that with 7 min drives they won't put forty up every week and instead win 27 to 20...
