If he wasn't would not have won 11 games so far. However, like most qbs in this league, once you begin to be repeatedly hit hard and thrown around like a toy, you regress. OTOH given time , as he had during the winning streak, the "good qb" can look exceptionally good and even be compared to the best of the best.
Not sure if anyone saw it but on one play with the rush coming at him he went down w/o being hit ALA Jim Everett. When I compare other qbs in terms of "toughness" the no one guy is the one on the other L.A. team followed closely be Brady and Wilson.
