Thanks for notes, Alyo
In a rare season, going to work throughout the holiday, so will miss some bowl clashes.
Looking at the draft for Snead sure encourages a trade out of the first round
BTW, Derwin James was such a great selection for the Chargers. I liked him, but he deserves so much credit for playing at such a high level.
In one of the "re-dos" of the last draft, just have to wonder if he isn't a top, top pick.
If that kind of talent is sliding around the draft, it would insane to move off the first round if there.
About that Bear game
I am much more somnolent now over the 4 interceptions by the QB now
Of them, only one remains pertinent.
Coming off the JJ pick of Mitch, the QB holds the ball too long, and throws a game ender, imo, right back to the other guys.
"Too long" being unkind in some way, as that's how the club has enjoyed such success. Still, I remain convinced, as you do, that a lack of commitment to the run is beyond weird, and leads to more questions.
I suspect that some of the "friction" that was noticeable from the head coach was related to "taking care of the ball."
My only lament now is Cooper Kupp.
Rapdily moving on now to the next game, and welcoming home a team that, last I saw, won an epic match with the Chiefs. They're 11-2, and they'll probably be too many of the opposing fans in the stands come Sunday night. The Eagles fans were nasty in the stands last year, and it fits that football city's profile.
Here's to coming out of the tunnel hot.
BTW, we're not particularly good after bye weeks, or a week off. So, I expect a great week of practice, and cool, pleasant weather to play right into our hands Sunday night.
