IMO we have one of the top O-line coaches in the league....to me that has as much importance as any talk of retooling the O. IMO the fact we have Kromer in this position makes any moves we may make that much better. His ability to coach up and deal with fundamentals needed for the line to play well is the major factor, especially with talk of adding players, players aging etc.
Personally I think some people just want change because they see a bad play here and there by players. I say don't overdo things, don't over think things...but if changes are made in the near future having Kromer will allow us to not necessarily get the best of the best.....he is very competent at his job. He adds an ingredient to the line that other teams can't equal.
