I watched that game with one of my grandson's who is a Charger fan.... and by that I mean a 'real' fan... in that he lives and breathes them... has liked him since he was about 4 and has never wavered to this day.. he's now 13.
In his eyes, and vicariously in mine... that was an AMAZING and thrilling game. When the Chargers scored to get within 10 he was pleading with the TV to go for two. He came off the sofa when they succeeded. during the punt return TD he was running circles around my living room moving faster than the actual punt returner was.
After the game, during the celebration in my living room, I mentioned Woods to which he commented... "you keep him, I'll stick with Allen".
