I'm not sure the answer of if he's done at the end of the year. I do know that it's not a matter of him keeping his job,
If Wade leaves it will be on his own terms. He is absolutely beloved within the organization from Owner to GM to HC and amongst the players. Whatever us fans are feeling is not how the team is feeling that locker room is not divided at all.... and that is what makes this team special
