That's the second time I've seen that phrase used recently on the board.
Sorry, but my idea of constructive criticism involves an actual dialog and relationship.
Someone who has more experience, and wisdom gives a novice some advice on how to get better at what they're doing.
The novice listens, takes the advice to heart, and does indeed improve!
That's constructive criticism. Something constructive - good - results from it.
The Rams aren't listening. None of us are masters to their novice, and they aren't going to get better because we advised them.
So it isn't "constructive" criticism. It's just criticism.
It might be true. It might be worth pointing out. But it isn't teaching anybody anything.
