holding like that on a TD like the one Cooks had... with the ref right there to call it, I would have been livid. Love Woods but IMO that was flagrant holding and the ref saw it and let it go.

Not sure what to make of it... But then there was the intentional grounding not called later soooo... i can't figure the refs out.
