There are valid reasons to assume Goff will improve because he did at Cal, under fairly trying circumstances.
I would be surprised if he didn't stay on an upward trajectory.
I too see a lot of things in his rookie year, including being from an Air Raid, that messed that year up. Not that it matters because he learned from his rookie year and that "learning from" is part of who he is as a qb.
