and Snead sure seems to have struck out on all 3 fronts.
No matter what happens the rest of the way, I think Suh and Joyner are definitely gone after this year. They exercised the fifth year option on Peters for 9 mill next year, which was a no brainer with what they gave up and what he was sold as at the time, but that looks just as bad as the 30 million being spent on Suh and Joyner this year now.
That is a whole lot of money being spent with little production on defense behind it so far.
I guess we can all hope that Peters turns it around at some point...we're 9 games in and are still waiting for the shut down corner we all heard about.
