I think the job McVay has done is actually better than people can even imagine.
One example that will ne seen on this board, but I have never heard talked about in the national media is who he kept and who he let go.
A lot of HC's just want their people in, but McVay had enough nous and was unencumbered by ego to talk Bones into staying.
