I guess I'm pretty well documented in my opinion today, but I'll reiterate since this is a dedicated thread to the topic...
1) He's hurt and that's affecting his game. While that does negatively affect our team, I think some of the "he sux" comments are overboard.
2) McVay and then general "we not me" culture has neutralized his overly emotional side, but it hasn't completely neutralized his desire to maybe make a big play when strict prudence is called for. So, yes, sometimes he "bites" on things where he should just try to be the shut-down corner he really can be.
3) He's young. He can grow. I would love to see him in horns for years to come and I think with wisdom and more maturity he'll get a better feel for when a big play is really there vs. when he just needs to be a "Rhodes Closed" kind of guy.
