Schott was the OC in NY, in StL, and in Seattle. In each case he does things within the same parameters and is recognizably the same OC. It's just a matter of the personnel, as you say. Now he has Wilson. Before he had Pennington, Clemens, Favre (though injured), Sanchez, Bradford part of the time, Clemens again, Hill, and Davis.
