Absolutely yes. With no outside rush, unless there was someone next to Donald to draw attention, the Rams might not have a pass rush.
I leave the dollars per tackle approach to others.
Suh has largely replaced Quinn as Thing 2 to Donald's Thing 1. Donald wouldn't have 8 sacks without Suh.
