Well i know nuthin about football, but it looks to me like in this era, what ya need is a defense that can make just enough plays to
let yer offense beat their offense. Ya know. A defense that maybe, makes a few game-changin or game-saving plays in the fourth quarter. Anybody know a defense like that?
I remember the Saints super bowl defense. They seemed to suck at everything except they made a few big plays every game.
Maybe thats the most we can expect from a Defense anymore.

I forget who was the D coordinator for the Saints superbowl D?
Was it Wade Phillips?
Or that William Greggs guy?
Admittedly it's hard to tell the difference.
