Same here.
I tore my ACL playing soccer.
I heard a noise when it happened but played on for another half. I felt no pain at all.

Overnight the knee got warm and a lot of swelling showed. Went to the hospital since it was Sunday and they checked it out. Said it was a bad ligament strain.
Ordered rest and physical treatment. Only a couple month later when I did not regain full stability an MRI was done revealing the ACL was torn.
