I'm pretty sure all of the branding will be convertable from one team to another.
Some stuff will be electronic: the screens/boards will display Rams images when the Rams are home and Chargers images when the Chargers are home. (Note: they can be changed to any team, Super Bowl team (when the Rams aren't there), Arsenal when they visit, college team - whatever!!)
Other stuff will be physical: louvers and signs will change from one team to another.
The Jets and Giants already do this: the Meadowlands looks and feels like Giants Stadium when they're home and then it'e Jets Stadium when they're home.
