When Bellichek retires and what's his name takes over, regardless of who is on this team they are unlikely to have the same results.
If they do, then it says that coaching doesn't matter.....but we all know that it does......a lot.
That said, it is WAY too early to be anointing Sean McVay as the next Bellichek. When the Rams start going to Superbowls, and winning some of them, then we can anoint him as a great HC.
Until then, he's very good and a heck of an offensive mind and what a great find he is. In fact, if I was Kroenke, I'd do something right now to add a few years to his contract before somebody offers him a Gruden deal. Like Dallas for example.
